Order Responsibility & Fair Usage Policy

At Laxmi Cloth Store, every order is prepared, packed, and shipped with care. To ensure a smooth experience for all customers, we request responsible ordering. In cases of repeated order cancellations, refusal at delivery, or non-response when parcels are ready for delivery, we reserve the right to review and decide on future order acceptance. This allows us to serve our customers efficiently and sustainably. Thank you for your understanding and continued trust.

Returns Policy

Returns are possible only in case of damaged products or defects and will be arranged within 4-5 business working days. Slight variation in color cannot be a reason for exchange. We have mentioned in the product description a disclaimer stating that the color in the pictures may vary. Returns based on color accuracy cannot be accepted.

Dispatch Policy

Goods dispatched from our end cannot be refused by the customer. We will resolve any issues with the order only after the delivery is complete.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not possible. However, if you have an issue, you will be directed to a backend team that will answer all your queries. Please give us your contact number with an order ID, and you will receive a call as soon as we verify your issue. In the case of product damage, please call our customer care center within 48 hours. You can send the items back as long as they are unused. Once we receive the products, we will generate a coupon for the amount you spent on the product. The coupon amount will only be generated based on the item price — delivery charges are excluded.
